Fat Burning Juice
- Kuvings Whole Slow Juicer EVO820
- High-speed blender
- 1 cup baby spinach
- 1/2 medium pineapple skin removed
- 1/2 grapefruit skin and pith removed
- 1 stalk celery
- 3-4 mint leaves
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/2 cup b brewed green tea
- 1 tbsp hemp seed protein powder
- 1/4 tsp chia seeds
- 3-5 ice cubes
- Feed the spinach, pineapple, grapefruit and celery through the Kuvings juicer.
- Pour the juice in a blender cup. Add the avocado, mint leaves, green tea, hemp powder, chia seeds and ice cubes.
