Pink Berry Smoothie

When you are looking for a lunch-time treat to keep you going through the afternoon, this Pink Berry Smoothie is just what you need!   This smoothie is designed specifically to keep your blood sugar levels stable, which is exactly what you need to take you through an afternoon of meetings, work or studying!

INGREDIENTS:

 

  • 1 cup strawberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 cup raspberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1 medium banana
