Juicing is a great way to boost the nutrients your body needs to be healthy and strong!
If you are struggling to eat a variety of fresh, raw fruits and vegetables each day (we need 10 portions each day!), juicing is a fantastic way to still feed your body all those amazing vitamins and minerals.
So if you can’t eat it, drink it! And help keep your body strong and healthy!
