- Portion: Serves 1 | Time: 5 min | Equipment: Juicer
- 4 tomatoes
- 2 medium sized carrots
- 1 celery stick
- 2.5 cm piece of broccoli stem
- Small handful of fresh basil leaves
- A few blocks ice
TO MAKE THIS JUICE:
Feed all the ingredients through the juicer. Fill a glass with a few blocks of ice, and then pour in the juice. Garnish with a small basil leaf, and enjoy!
